Martin has taken the lead on accelerating our foundation warranty program, looked into setting up a proper QCP with Caliber and has been a steady leader within the technical department when it has been a challenging year.

Leanne is a hard worker, at work everyday, good teacher, considerate, caring, organized, and a pleasure to be around. She adapts well to challenges and one could say she shines when challenged.

To not understand something is Cody's bait. Cody will research, investigate and concoct a solution. His initiative is appreciated.

I joined Soprema in July 2021 and came across the vast pool of knowledge of Soprema Products that I had to grasp. It would have been a way longer journey for me to understand the products if Sam wouldn't have come to my rescue.

Sam has been one of the most supportive people I have ever come across in my work career. He goes above and beyond to make sure I understand the basics of the products.
Even though he has his own share of work he ensures and finds time to support me in my learning journey at Soprema.

If it wouldn't have been for him, I would have not been able to understand the application of Products as I know now. A dear friend and a great asset to the company.

He's always present when it's time to push new products or featured systems and he's an amazing team player.

Sam has been a great leader right from the get go, and his resent promotion to plant manager proves that. Well done and keep up the amazing work!

Samantha has just recently been promoted the production manager. She is a very hard working person who always gets the job done no matter how intense of frustrating it may be. Keep up the great work!

Shawn has been very proactive with the Salesforce warranties. He "guinea pigged" the new processes, created tutorials we can give to our customers, worked with Drummondville on the bugs and continues to be a resource to all of us (field techs, admin and sales) in Western Canada.

After staff shortages, raw material shortages, driver shortages, and a natural disaster we still managed to keep pushing forward and continue running. Finally we made it to the end of the finish line. Thank you for your hard work and dedication we appreciate every single one of you.
