Exceptionally difficult year in sourcing, and purchasing raw materials. Still we were able to get product which allowed us to produce and supply product to our clients.
We did better than our competitor's

Thank You for all of your hard work in a very difficult year. Managing customer expectation during a very difficult time. Our sales increased over last year and surpassed budget. We stood tall and above our competition as we were professional and transparent in communicating the severity our industry difficulty in supply this year. We did not make false promises of delivery with disingenuous price protection , which only back fired on them. We were by far the best supplier in market as confirmed by our clients and consultants.
